Our Refund Policy

Airlines have different refund and cancellation policies, which can differ depending on the fare class you purchased, the destination, and other factors. Most airlines will generally let you cancel a ticket and get a refund, although the details of the reimbursement can change. For instance, some airlines might impose a cancellation fee or only provide a refund in the form of a travel credit that can only be applied to future bookings.

Here are some general guidelines to keep in mind:

If you must cancel your flight and purchase a refundable ticket, you may be eligible for a full refund. You may not be able to get a refund if you purchased a nonrefundable

ticket, but you may be able to apply the value of your ticket to a future flight.

If you need to change your flight and have purchased a flexible fare, you may be able to do so without paying a fee.  If you purchased a non-flexible fare, you may be required to pay a change fee in order to change your itinerary.

If the airline cancels your flight, you should be able to get a full refund or the option to rebook on another flight.

If you miss your flight, you may be able to reschedule it for a fee, depending on the airline’s no-show policy and the availability of seats on other flights.

When purchasing a ticket, it is critical to carefully review and confirm the terms and conditions, as well as the airline’s refund and cancellation policies. If you have any further questions, please contact us directly at.
